Dr Frances Penafort bridges higher education and executive coaching. With twenty-four years as an academic, she brings pedagogical structure and developmental observation to professional coach education.
Her executive coaching practice spans senior leadership within banking, oil and gas, telecommunications, healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing and higher education organisations across sixteen countries.
She has designed and conducted leadership programmes across seven countries over twenty years.

Education Standard & Exam Record
Five cohorts completed. The sixth is running now. Five graduates have sat the ICF credential exam. Five have passed.
Cohorts are capped at about ten, every session is observed, and every student gets written feedback. That is why the number is small, and it is why we publish it. Ask any school for theirs.
